PATRICIA SMITH

Patricia Smith has over 20 years of public sector experience prior to becoming an independent coach. She held senior positions within Her Majesty’s Court Service and gained a reputation as an excellent Operations and Project Manager. She also facilitated a number of highly successful leadership programmes across the London region.

As an independent coach, Patricia has worked with a number of local authorities, Primary Care Trusts and individuals and teams from both public and private sector. As a qualified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Coach, Patricia is passionate about unlocking potential and developing personal strengths. She believes that NLP helps people to better understand the difference between managing and leading and enables them to perform and behave in a way to benefit themselves and their organisation.
