Prior to establishing Your Excellency Limited, Malcolm Taylor had over 20 years of international business experience, the majority of which was in the hi-tech sector. He held a variety of senior positions within finance and operations in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia.

Malcolm has a reputation for developing empowered organisations allowing a culture of continuous improvement through shared leadership, coaching and mentoring. Your Excellency works with a broad range of organisations, businesses and individuals in the private and public sector. In addition to coaching and leadership development programmes, Malcolm facilitates strategy meetings, team building events and objective setting exercises.

Malcolm brings passion, energy and insight allowing those he works with to gain greater awareness, effectivity and efficiency throughout their businesses and their lives as a whole. Malcolm is a qualified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Coach. He also gained specialist NLP Practitioner status for sports personnel, the latter of which reflects his lifelong passion for sports where he has participated and/or coached rugby, cricket and golf.
