VIV OFSTEDAHL

Viv Ofstedahl is currently a teacher of Physical Education and has over 25 years of experience working in Secondary and Middle Schools. In addition to her Education degree she has completed a B.SC in Psychology with the OU and has an NLP Diploma in Education.

The nature of her professional role has included the extensive coaching of school teams, advanced level exam teaching and tutoring in adult education classes. Her experience is predominantly in the UK but she has spent three years teaching in the Bahamas

Viv’s interest in NLP and its application in schools derives from a desire to develop awareness and communication in the learning process. She is passionate about the benefits that the concepts bring to her teaching and is keen to share this with other staff and colleagues. Her current post incorporates her increasing interest in supporting and developing strategies for children with social and behavioural difficulties. She works closely with individuals and staff to enhance motivation and inclusion.

Viv has a keen interest in all sports and regularly plays badminton. She is married with three children who all share her growing passion for golf.
