I am at the start of my career as a PA and my learning Programme with Your Excellency.

To anyone considering joining their Virtual Academy and The Essential Programme, I say "do it"! It's brilliant.

I've learned things I didn't know I needed, like the AIDA Assertiveness model, liaising with clients and how to prioritise my working day.

The assignment writing has been good too as I've been given all the support I need.

We have recently enrolled Daisy onto the Essential PA programme to support her career transition into an Executive Assistant.

We selected this programme based on the relevance of the syllabus, the qualification and the support and guidance provided by Lindsay while researching training options..

We are still at the start of Daisy’s learning journey, but she has been extremely well supported as she has�embarked on the first part of the programme, which has been important to build up her confidence as she returns to study and embarks on a career change.

Based on my experience to date, I would not hesitate to recommend Your Excellency to other organisations�looking to develop and build their PA and EA capabilities. .

I’ve been a PA for 15 years and currently work at Arup.

As a Graduate of The Mini MBA for Senior & Executive Assistants I’ve been able to put into practice lots of my learning.

I see the role of the PA as constantly evolving. We need to be business aware and I was attracted to the Mini MBA so I could elevate my existing knowledge and build on my finance skills. .

The Financial Module of the Programme was fantastic. Malcolm is so good at explaining things and I fully understood this module straight away. I would normally shy away from finance and I can’t believe I’m saying that I actually really enjoyed this Module. .

I loved the combination of live sessions and pre-records. During the live sessions there was plenty of opportunity to ask Malcolm questions. .

As a Cohort we all supported each other with our learning and I’ve made friends and built up my network.

If you’re considering the next step in your career and learning journey, you should definitely go for this Programme. I really enjoyed it and it gave me such a confidence boost in learning new skills that I can apply to my role every day..

I recently undertook Level 4 Office & Administration Management training with Lindsay from Your Excellency and completed all 3 training modules and assignments to complete the Award over the last year. The training gave me so much confidence and made me want to keep coming back for more. Lindsay's teaching style made me feel so at ease. SFJ Awards - Level 4 Certificate in Office & Administration Management. I can't fault the level of training and support I received from Lindsay and Malcolm at Your Excellency Ltd. I received face to face and virtual training to achieve this qualification and both were presented in a professional, friendly and comprehensive manner. The support and guidance I needed was always to hand. This was the first qualification I had undertaken for around 30 years so I was a little apprehensive. I attended “How to be a PA with PA – Perfect Awareness". I was a little unsure at first but it turned out to be one of the best courses I have attended for a while. Lindsay put our small group at ease instantly and adapted well when a power outage meant we didn’t have a screen. The course was the perfect mix of group discussions, work in pairs, independent ideas and fun tasks. I found out a lot about NLP and have come away with helpful tools, ideas ad thoughts and I found out a few things about myself as well. I would definitely recommend Your Excellency

I have been running Queen Bee with my business partner for over 5 years, but have always taken a back seat with the finances. Taking part in the Principles of Finance course was my way of getting a grip on some of the basics, so that I could participate more fully in the financial decisions of the company and better understand my clients’ businesses. Malcolm really de-mystified a lot of the finance jargon and I came away feeling far more confident about tackling things such as Balance Sheets, P&L and forecasting. The worksheets were really helpful and will be a great reference tool for me in the future. I’m really pleased that I took the time to do the course – it was well overdue!
