About your Virtual Coach Lindsay Taylor
Lindsay believes that PAs are some of the most unsung heroes in any organisation. She should know, having spent 10 years as a PA/EA to high profile CEOs in transatlantic organisations like Transamerica Corporation. She has organised major international conferences and events and led large teams of administrative and secretarial staff, so fully understands what a great PA looks like. That’s why she is passionate about raising the profile of PAs and EAs so that they receive the kudos and recognition they deserve.
Lindsay wanted to develop her skills to give something back, so retrained as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach. NLP is the practice of understanding how people think, feel, react to situations and use language to deliver excellent performance. Her training gave her one of those ‘light bulb moments’. The more a PA understands how they tick as an individual and how their Executives and colleagues operate, the more effective and confident they will be. And that’s why she has designed interactive and jargon-free courses that provide everything a PA needs to become an exceptional performer.
She has introduced accredited qualifications for PAs through Your Excellency to provide additional credibility. But most importantly, she thinks training should be jargon-free and fun! She is determined to create a community of exceptional PAs who deliver excellent performance for their Executives, their organisations and most of all, for themselves.

As an EA and PA we know that you’re at the heart of leading business continuity for your organisation and ensuring your colleagues can work remotely and stay safe. We know that you’ll be feeling the pressures of the past, present and future weeks as you juggle the needs of your family and work colleagues.
Like many others, you’re probably focusing on how you’re going to manage your time over the coming weeks and months. Remember though that time is a limited resource. Personal energy on the other hand is renewable. And shifting your focus to managing your energy is crucial if you are to build your resilience in terms of physical, emotional and mental wellbeing in these trying times.
My “Manage your Energy” session has never been more relevant than now. “You can’t pour from an empty jug”. With so many depending on you, it’s important, first and foremost, to look after yourself.
At this one hour personalised session I’ll share practical, instantly-useable advice and strategies that work for you. I’ll share a wealth of resources and contacts to support you with managing your energy.
I’ll help you:
- Understand the four energy dimensions
- Identify what behaviours deplete you of energy and what you can do to change this
- Identify what you can do to renew your personal energy

I am a member of The Association for Coaching® and value the importance of best practice in coaching ethics.
I believe you have everything you need to be successful. My role as your coach is to facilitate your learning through a personalised programme of one-to-one sessions building your skills, techniques and awareness for you to identify and achieve what you really want.
Video coaching sessions are an excellent way of developing leadership skills, overcoming fears and barriers and improving personal performance.
A typical programme will run for 5 sessions over a period of about 6 months. Each session will be approximately 90 minutes. In between sessions you will be able to contact me for support and updates on your progress.
