| Welcome to 🍏Lunch n Learn with Lindsay🍏 Issue 216 I hope you are well and, for those in the UK, you’re eeking out that last bit of sunshine before it starts to feel Autumnal. Speaking of sunshine, I had a gloriously sunny time in Turkey with Lottie last week enjoying precious mum-daughter laughter before she heads off to University later this week. There are piles of “stuff” everywhere at the moment and I’m a little concerned how we’re going to pack it all into the car! But I’m sure “where there’s a will, there’s a way”! And, truth-be-known I’m itching to get the house “back to normal” and tidy (always wanting my space to be able to feature in “Homes and Gardens”!). Lottie is drawing up her weekly timetable to share with us so that we have some inkling as to what she’s up to during the new chapter of her life. I know she thrives and is more motivated with a routine to her days. This reminded me of an archive Lunch n Learn where I speak about “predictability” and knowing what to expect in the next chapter of our lives. “Life is a book.
