Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are the sessions recorded, and will we get a replay if we can’t make the session?
Yes, all webinar sessions will be recorded and a replay link will be sent to you in case you miss the sessions for unforeseen circumstances.

Q: What times are the sessions?
We are planning on the sessions being 12.30pm – 1.30pm. The content will make up most of this time with a short Q&A at the end of each session

Q: Do I have to have my camera/audio on to join the sessions?
No, all cameras will be off to minimise disruption and allow you to focus on the presenter.

Your Lunch n Learn Live host and trainer is Lindsay Taylor, Co-founder and Director of Your Excellency Ltd. 

Lindsay is an experienced EA having spent 10 years as a PA/EA to high profile CEOs in transatlantic organisations like Transamerica Corporation.

Lindsay is also the published author of the award-winning ‘The A-Z Pearls of Wisdom for Executive PAs’.

Lindsay produces a monthly industry podcast called The EA/PA Chataway with Lindsay and also writes a weekly Lunch N Learn newsletter sharing her wisdom and industry insights.

Lindsay also recently spoke at The PA Show 2023 in London to a ‘standing room only’ audience.

Lindsay is the host and lead trainer for a number of the sessions and will be joined by Guest Trainers on others.

I attended “How to be a PA with PA – Perfect Awareness". I was a little unsure at first but it turned out to be one of the best courses I have attended for a while. Lindsay put our small group at ease instantly and adapted well when a power outage meant we didn’t have a screen. I have been running Queen Bee with my business partner for over 5 years, but have always taken a back seat with the finances. Taking part in the Principles of Finance course was my way of getting a grip on some of the basics, so that I could participate more fully in the financial decisions of the company and better understand my clients’ businesses. Malcolm really de-mystified a lot of the finance jargon and I came away feeling far more confident about tackling things such as Balance Sheets, P&L and forecasting. The worksheets were really helpful and will be a great reference tool for me in the future. I’m really pleased that I took the time to do the course – it was well overdue!
