One-to-One Coaching, Mentoring & Training Programmes

We believe you have everything you need to be successful. Our role as your coach is to facilitate your learning through a personalised Programme of one-to-one sessions building your skills, techniques and awareness for you to identify and achieve what you really want.

Coaching sessions are an excellent way of developing leadership skills, overcoming fears and barriers and improving personal performance. Coaching can be offered in person or online.

A typical Programme runs for 5 sessions over a period of approximately 6 months. Each session is 90 minutes. In between sessions you have open access to your coach for support and updates on your progress.

We will help you to differentiate between urgent and important tasks and to use your time more effectively so you are focusing on the things that add the most value to your team and organisation.

Managing remote teams

When your teams are working remotely you may struggle to monitor and control what you cannot see. Together we’ll identify the tools and techniques for leading and managing your staff across multiple locations.

Making tough decisions

One of the hardest aspects of being a leader is making the tough decisions and communicating them to those who are impacted. We can help you with your decision making and prepare you for those challenging conversations.

About Your Coach

Lindsay Taylor

Award winning trainer, coach and author

Lindsay believes that PAs are some of the most unsung heroes in any organisation. She should know, having spent 10 years as a PA/EA to high profile CEOs in transatlantic organisations like Transamerica Corporation. She has organised major international conferences and events and led large teams of administrative and secretarial staff, so fully understands what a great PA looks like. That’s why she is passionate about raising the profile of PAs and EAs so that they receive the kudos and recognition they deserve.

Lindsay wanted to develop her skills to give something back, so retrained as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach. NLP is the practice of understanding how people think, feel, react to situations and use language to deliver excellent performance. Her training gave her one of those ‘light bulb moments’. The more a PA understands how they tick as an individual and how their Executives and colleagues operate, the more effective and confident they will be. And that’s why she has designed interactive and jargon-free courses that provide everything a PA needs to become an exceptional performer.
