The Learning Passport Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the subscription to The Learning Passport provided by Your Excellency Limited.

Subscription Term and Fees
The subscription term is 12 months, with a fee of £49 (unless signing up via our founders rate of £39 per month) payable on the same date every month for 12 periods. Payments will be processed via credit or debit card through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy
The term of The Learning Passport subscription is a minimum of 12 months. Subscribers may cancel their subscription during the initial 12 month period, however, if cancellation occurs before the end of the 12-month period, the remaining balance of the subscription becomes due immediately. This will be calculated as the remaining months from the initial 12 month subscription period.

No Refund Policy
Due to immediate access to all materials upon subscribing, refunds are not available beyond statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Renewal Terms
The subscription will terminate automatically after 12 monthly payments.
An option to continue the subscription at a reduced rate will be available, with details to be provided later.

Use of Subscription
The subscription is for individual use only.
Sharing of content or login details with others is strictly prohibited.
Republishing, distributing, or posting content from The Learning Passport on other platforms is forbidden.

Data Protection and Privacy
Refer to the Data Protection and Privacy Policy on the Your Excellency Limited website for details on how subscriber information is handled.

Dispute Resolution
There is no formal dispute resolution process. Any concerns should be addressed directly to Your Excellency Limited.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Subscribers will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via email.

These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
