Make sure you stay hydrated and energised with mood food that boosts those feel good hormones (and yippee chocolate features on the mood food list too!….). ???? ???? ????

Your time
Ask Alexa to remind you when 90 mins is up or set an alarm on your phone. Then get up from your desk, make a cup of tea ☕️ , step outside, splash in a puddle (there are quite a few here at Your Excellency HQ today!), breathe in the air, put on some music and boogie, move, stretch and re-energise before heading back to your desk for another 90 minute stint.
