| Welcome to 🍏Lunch n Learn with Lindsay🍏 Issue 241 On Friday I delivered two interactive training sessions at The Office Management Group’s inaugural Conference in London – were you there? It was a superb day with so much energy from attendees keen to network and learn from the speakers, exhibitors and, of course, each other. My speaking session topic was “It’s all about Rapport”. I kicked off the session by asking attendees to define the word “rapport“. As I predicted, attendees inputs stuck to the dictionary definition which focusses on the relationship and connection with others. But for me, “rapport” starts with an awareness of the relationship you have with yourself – understanding your preferred communication style, quirks, behaviours, values and make-up.
