I undertook 360 Degree Feedback as part of The Mini MBA for Senior & Executive Assistants Programme.  It is one of the greatest things I’ve ever done and it’s really helped me with setting my goals for next year.

What is 360 Degree Feedback?

360 Degree Feedback is a process tool to collect honest feedback and information to identify learning and development opportunities. Traditionally, we look to our Line Manager for feedback as part of our Personal Development Plans. 

 

Collecting information from our peers, customers, managers, and teams will provide a more balanced perspective of those around us and how they experience and value us.  We can then compare this reality against our perception. The feedback mainly focuses on behaviours and assesses against competencies that are important to an organisation or to us as an individual.

Programme Offerings:

For Internal EA/PA/Admin Networks

  • Initial virtual consultation/diagnostics to agree 360 Feedback outcomes & questions
  • 360 feedback roll out for network members 
  • Follow up virtual one-to-one 60 minute coaching/mentoring session per network member
  • Design & delivery of virtual follow up one day (930-430) workshop to cover group development needs*

Indicative Programme investment based on 10 network members is £5,450+VAT

*If you prefer an in-person workshop this can be arranged with reasonable travel costs to be agreed and added to the indicative Programme cost.

For Operational Teams
