Today I’m sharing a bit more about us here at Your Excellency.  Whilst you already know that we support and advocate the EA, PA & Administrative Professional, did you know we also provide learning and development for your other team members?

This is a process whereby you give yourself feedback and also receive performance feedback from your supervisor/manager, your peers and team members.  360 degree feedback ensures you have lots of data from different perspectives.

The resulting information is hugely insightful and can be used for personal, team and organisation development plans, often uncovering areas that could be improved or built upon.
