Lunch and Learn with Lindsay – Issue 11: When Hindsight Becomes Foresight

Welcome to a new week and a new #LunchNLearnWithLindsay!  Can you believe this is our 11th mail out too?  I do hope you are enjoying these lunchtime reads and finding the content useful.  Please do drop me a note letting me know what you think and of course put forward your suggestions for topics that you’d like me to cover.

Today I’m sharing a link to a blog post that was written by my co-Director Malcolm.  I know some of you have had the pleasure to meet Malcolm during training sessions and I’m sure you’ll agree with me that he is a superb trainer.  Malcolm, however, doesn’t relish the idea of writing articles and blogs like me so I’m super proud of the fact that he felt strongly enough to put pen to paper and issue a brilliant article.

I absolutely love the honest consideration of his words and sentiments and hope you do too.  You may want to add this Blog Post to your Executive’s ‘reading pile’ too?

You can read Malcolm’s blog post here.

With my best wishes for a good week!

With regards
Lindsay
