Welcome to Issue 177 of 🍏Lunch N Learn with Lindsay🍏.

Today’s inspiration comes from my trusty “National Days” calendar which tells me it is World Kindness Day.

I found this lovely article (written for children) which I hope you enjoy.  There are so many benefits to “being kind” and the ripple effect (or Law of Reciprocity) can absolutely take effect. 

And, what better way to create that ripple effect and spread kindness than with a smile. Which reminds me of an article I wrote entitled “The Art of the Smile”.

I hope reading my article brings a smile to your face and sets the tone for your week ahead (I’m sure the photo of me aged 4 with a definite lack of smile – and the groovy 70s outfit will!)
