Welcome to 🍏Lunch N Learn with Lindsay🍏 Issue 187. Last week’s Issue spoke about the link between self esteem and being adept at influencing and persuading. If you missed this Issue, you can read it here. Today’s Issue shares another self-esteem booster. I am encouraging you to hone in on the “Strengths” quadrant of a Personal SWOT exercise. Apply the PAS Model to identify: P = 3 Personality traits that you consider to be your strengths A = 3 Attributes that you consider to be your strengths and S = 3 Successes that you are proud to have. I’m sure you’ll agree, this is a hugely effective little exercise for a quick self-esteem book! Remember also the benefit of conducting a FULL Personal SWOT exercise to gain a snapshot of YOU to help with advice and insights for your personal and professional development. You can read more here. As an advocate of conducting regular Personal SWOTs, I am sharing this topic during my speaking Session at The PA Show on 29th February. I really hope you’ll be able to join me. Check out my latest LinkedIn post on this here which shares a video about the Session. Book your place at the Show using the link here and quote YOUREX10 to claim 10% off paid sessions. Me and Josh will be on Stand F22P welcoming clients old and new and sharing details of our newest offering, The Learning Passport. We’d love to see you in person! We’re also sharing some news about the Show here. |
