Lunch and Learn with Lindsay – Issue 208: A perfectly imperfect weekend!

Welcome to 🍏Lunch n Learn with Lindsay🍏 Issue 208.

I hope you had an enjoyable weekend.

Mine was definitely an interesting one!  Lottie played a brilliant game of cricket on Saturday but unforunately broke a finger in the process so yesterday morning was spent at A&E…

Lottie, Malcolm and I are disappointed that we’ve now had to pull out of upcoming matches although Lottie is seeing this as a “milestone” with her first broken bone (albeit a tiny bone that apparently is “floating” in her finger at the moment pending medical advice on recovery).

When life doesn’t go to plan, those who have sound emotional intelligence will be able to process their feelings and identify the most appropriate for the situation.  You can read more on this in archive Lunch n Learns 106 to 111 which kick off here

You can also read my Summer article for PA Life Magazine here which perfectly complements this Lunch n Learn message.

Keep smiling everyone!
