Lunch and Learn with Lindsay – Issue 211: Out of Office

Welcome to ๐ŸLunch n Learn with Lindsay๐Ÿ Issue 21.1

Goodness me!ย  You wouldn’t believe the number of “Out of Office” messages I received in response to our recent mail out about The Essential PA Programme…it appears so many of you are taking much needed R&R time this August.ย  “Rightly so!” I say.ย  I hope you are adding some fabulous memories to your memory bank!

I’ve been thinking about some of the more quirky and humorous “Out of Office” messages you can set and have pulled together a few of my favourites!ย

Take a read of these (and, of course, recognise that your company protocol and professionalism needs to kick in when you set your company Out of Office!!).

I’m currently out of office and can be reached by waiting unti I get back.

Sorry my Out of Office gave you false hopes of my swift and enthusiastic response.

So, here’s the thing.ย  I’m not in the ofice right now.ย  I’m…welll…I know you don’t want to hear this as you’re probably working yourself, but I’m actually on a…vacation (be jealous).

If you’re reading this, the train wasn’t able to push the DeLorea up to 80mph and I’m stuck in 1885.

I’m currently away at the musical chairs championships.ย  I’ll be back when the music stops.

Wishing you a great week, whether you’re “out of office” or not!ย
