Lunch and Learn with Lindsay – Issue 278: International Focus

I’m hitting “send” on this Issue from Hanoi in Vietnam.

Yes! I’m on my travels again and thoroughly enjoying being in the sunshine, a stark contrast to that icy-snap we experienced in the UK last week. I’m also loving the “explosion of colour” here as you’ll see from the image taken near the local market!

I’ve always said that travel is one of life’s best educators and I’m making many-a mental note of my experiences here to act as inspiration for upcoming Issues and “food for thought” for you.

And, of course, once I’m back home I’ll be adding a new pin 📌to our world map (if you’re new to these messages, check out Issue 249 here so you’re “in the know”!).

Our Business Friends Executive Support Magazine featured an article about my learning from travelling which you can read here too.

Ona “global” theme, we are excited to have kicked off the first 2026 Cohort for our Mini MBA for Senior & Executive Assistants Programme with learners joining from across the world. We love getting EAs and PAs together “in one room” (albeit virtual) adding an extra level of learning to our Programme when differing perceptions of the profession and role are shared from other countries.

If you’re interested in finding out more about our flagship Mini MBA Programme, head to our website here. A March 2026 Cohort has now been opened (with start times that are friendly for North America!) and we’d love to welcome you.

Wishing you a fantastic working week and sending Vietnamese-sunshine vibes to you,
