Remember my “Manage your Energy” session where I identified that the best way to renew our emotional energy is to say “thank you”? In whatever form this takes (an email, a text, a phone call, a handwritten card through the post, a hug….) it’s a recognition and appreciation of someone that ensures a flood of feel-good emotions (for both parties!).
Today I’m asking you to identify someone you’d like to say “thank you” to and then to do it!
And in turn, I’d like to say a massive “thank you” to you, my readers of this weekly ????Lunch N Learn With Lindsay???? message, for engaging in my social media posts, for emailing me with feedback and comments, for being part of this supportive community and profession!
It can be easy to “dampen down” your role and to take it for granted citing “this is just what I do”…
