Over the next few issues I’m sharing bite-size information with you on achieving your goals (or Outcomes) using the Well Formed Outcomes Model illustrated below.
If you missed last week’s issue you can view this here.
Be ready with your identified outcome to apply Step 1 – See, Hear, Feel to ensure this is sensory specific.
In this Step we put into practice “creative visualisation”. This powerful technique gives your mind a reference point of what you want to achieve.
Imagine yourself with your outcome complete at a future point.
Project yourself forward and act as if it has already happened.
Notice what you can see, notice what you hear yourself and others saying and notice
how you feel. Make this “future memory” sensory-rich.
Putting into practice Creative Visualisation means you are applying a proven method that ensures succesful achievement of outcomes. It’s a strategy used by top sports and business gurus (and now YOU!) who understand it’s power.
Next week we’ll continue using the model to identify Steps 2 and 3.
